Vintage Jay Harvey “Cleveland” 4-pc split bamboo fly rod in great shape. Heddon?

Vintage Jay Harvey 4-pc split bamboo fly rod in great shape as seen in photos. Rod is model #. X3D ( which translates to Dry Fly Action. Rod is 9ft when put together and all 4 pieces are same length. All guides and ferrules are tight and threads are good. Only bad area I can see is shown in photo of one tip pc has an area just above ferrule that looks to have gotten wet or something… the guide is tight but the threads and bamboo are a diff/darker color as seen in photo. Both tips are fishable and have no sets at all. Rod comes in orig sack I believe and aluminum case as shown. Cork is great on handle and it still has orig protective wrapper on it. This is a nice fly rod which I am told was made by Heddon for Edw K Tryon Tackle Co. as a trade rod. Nice find.
I will be charging .00 for shipping in case rod goes to west coast but will refund any overage of actual cost to get it safely to buyer.
