Up for sale is a vintage Starrett Center Finder Head or Square with a 12" ruler attached.
The Model on the ruler is 9  3960  U.L. USA
The ruler is marked in 1/8th, 1/16th, and 1/32th of an inch.
This item is in good clean working condition.
The ruler does have a few black marks.  It slides fine.
